Shipping policy

Ordering & Shipping:

Prepayment is required on all orders. We only accept credit cards through our website. Orders are processed through Shopify. If applicable, buyers are responsible for fulfilling any obligations for reporting sales and taxes on purchases.

 

International Customers:

All items are shipped from the United States. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes to clear customs. Saturn Valley Tech aren't responsible for delays due to customs.  We offer USPS International and UPS as international shipping methods. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once it's received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
