Refund policy
Unopened and undamaged products will be accepted for return, within 30 days of purchase, with up to a 15% restocking fee of the actual purchase price for damaged products. Returns must be authorized. Returns must be shipped postage paid, no collect shipments will be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@saturnvalleytech.com. Once authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as any instructions or recommendations. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it's received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the funds to process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.
